crockpot buffalo chicken soup

Alright, FB peeps.
Here's the recipe from our dinner tonight.
Simple and scrumptious.  

Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Soup

6 cups milk
3 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup Frank's hot sauce (according to taste)
3 chicken breasts cooked and cubed

.....Now, I have no idea where this recipe came from.  When I added it to my collection, it said to shred the chicken, but then it just doesn't seem like there's any bulk to it.  I season the chicken with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and a little EVOO and bake the chicken at 375 degrees for about 40 minutes, and then cut it into cubes.

Combine sour cream and cream of chicken soup.  Mix well.  Add all ingredients into the crockpot.  Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
